I knew something was up on Monday and Tuesday. Just felt achy and blaaah. You guys gave me great advice yesterday just to give myself time to get back in the swing of things…but it’s hard! And now it’s especially difficult. Last night I started having telltale sick symptoms. This couldn’t come at a worse time! I’m behind at work, still haven’t run, and feel like I’ve been neglecting the blog. It’s just a bad head cold but it’s enough to force me to stay in bed and at home today. I was really hoping this fall/winter I would only get sick once or twice (last year I got sick a whopping 4 times!) and this doesn’t bode well. I guess that’s what I get for not sleeping and drinking/eating crap all last weekend. Not to mention, when I travel I always seem to get something from the airplane.
So bear with me! I swear I have some interesting posts coming–and the marathon in 4 weeks!
Do you tend to get sick a lot in the fall/winter or do you have a strong immune system?
