So you’re in need of some new music?

I am always on the lookout for new music to add to my running playlist. While I have some tried and true favorites, I get bored of songs easily (especially once they start to play on the radio…recent examples: Glad You Came by The Wanted or Good Feeling by Flo Rida. I’ve been running to those songs for quite some time and now they’re finally on the radio and getting played out. Ruined). I try to add a few new songs to my playlist every few weeks. Here are some new to my ipod songs that I have been sweating to lately. You may have some of them, but if you don’t and you like strong beats or what I like to refer to as “power” songs (songs that push me through), check some of these out!

1. Too Close by Alex Clare

2. Pretty Lil Heart by Robin Thicke (featuring Lil Wayne)

3. Handclaps and Guitars by Chiddy Bang

4. Talk That Talk by Rihanna (feat Jay-Z)

5. Can’t Get Enough by J Cole (feat Trey Songz)

6. Renegade by Daughtry

7. Heavy Cross by Gossip (you know, that song in the Dior commercial)

8. Takin’ Over The World by The Pussycat Dolls

9. Here To Stay by Christina Aguilera

10. Ready To Roll by Jet Black Stare

11. Release Me (Party Rock Remix) by Agnes & LMFAO

12. Tonight (Neon Feather Remix) by Seether

13. Don’t Hold Your Breath by Nicole Scherzinger

14. Invincible by MGK (feat Ester Dean)

15. Move by MercyMe

16. Power by Kanye West

17. Enforcer by 50 Cent

18. Make Some Noise (Put ‘Em Up) by The Crystal Method (feat Yelawolf)

19. Defy You by The Offspring

20. We Break the Dawn (Wideboys Remix) by Michelle Willaims

21. And anything by Florence and The Machine really (but you know that already)

You ready to run yet? Well get out there! And feel free to share your favorite fast-paced running songs 🙂
