    Back in the 10 min/mi range. You did it. Congrats!I scdhluee my rest days the same way I scdhluee my workouts. Your body is stressed when exercising but strengthens/rebuilds at rest. Both are equally important and I can respect that.Thanks Ma.. yes I did.. now to maintain that over 10 miles LOL that’s my goal.. 1:46 for the Army 10 miler..
