My defense is today. EEEeeek!
If all goes well I’m going out big time tonight.
Then all Saturday I am going to sleep and eat.
Then on Sunday I am going to (probably slowly) race the Frostbite 15k in Richmond.
Since I’ve taken 2 weeks off of running I am planning on just using it as a training run (read: slow and easy), but we’ll see. I’ve got a nasty competitive side 😉
